BTB REIT is unincorporated open-ended Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) governed under the laws of the Province of Québec pursuant to its Contract of Trust. BTB REIT began its real estate operations on October 3, 2006 and to date, it has acquired and owns 49 income-producing mid-market office, industrial, and retail properties in both primary and secondary markets with an initial focus on geographic markets east of Ottawa, Ontario.
